If you believe that any content on Numangel infringes upon your copyright, please follow the instructions below to submit a valid DMCA takedown notice.
1. Filing a DMCA Complaint
If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe that your copyrighted work has been copied or used on Numangel without authorization, you may submit a DMCA notification.
Your notification must include the following information (as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the infringing material, including its location (URL) on Numangel.
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email address).

- A statement that the information provided in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
2. Submitting a DMCA Notice

3. Removal of Infringing Content
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA complaint, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
- Notify the user who posted the content about the takedown.
- Take further steps if repeat infringement occurs (including terminating accounts or access, if applicable).
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification under the DMCA.
Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed and its original location (URL).
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email address).
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your area and will accept service of process from the party who submitted the DMCA notice.

5. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, Numangel may terminate access for users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyrighted material.
6. Good Faith & Responsibility
Filing a false DMCA notice or counter-notice can have serious legal consequences. Please ensure that you only submit claims that you believe in good faith are accurate and lawful.
